Barry Young played professional sport at the highest level under one of the World’s most physically demanding football codes – Australian Rules. A chance meeting with Cal Ripken Jr., already indicted as a Legend into the Baseball Hall of Fame in the U.S.A. created more than a great friendship.
Cal was in Australia on a family vacation, each discovered professional sport had produced damaging effects on their battered bodies.
